Canara Robeco Clocks Steady FY26 Growth, Q4 Profit Slightly Softens

Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd, one of India’s oldest mutual fund houses, delivered a steady full-year performance for FY26, even as profitability saw a marginal dip in the March quarter.

Q4 shows stable topline, slight profit dip
For Q4FY26, the company reported Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹41 crore, down 1% year-on-year, indicating some pressure on margins. However, revenue from operations grew a healthy 13% YoY to ₹114 crore, reflecting continued traction in its core business. Total expenses during the quarter rose 7% YoY to ₹45 crore.

FY26: Consistent growth across key metrics
On a full-year basis, the asset manager maintained growth momentum. PAT for FY26 stood at ₹203 crore, marking a 7% increase over FY25. Revenue from Operations rose 17% YoY to ₹424 crore, underlining strong business expansion. Total expenses for the year climbed 23% YoY to ₹180 crore, suggesting higher investments in distribution, operations, and growth initiatives.

AUM growth remains moderate
The company’s Total Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at ₹1,06,600 crore, registering a modest 3% YoY growth. However, Quarterly Average AUM (QAAUM) came in stronger at ₹1,17,500 crore, up 14% YoY, pointing to improving inflows during the year.

Equity-oriented QAAUM stood at ₹1,06,900 crore, up 13% YoY, highlighting sustained investor preference for equity-led strategies.

Investor base and footprint expand
The company’s total folio count reached 5.08 million as of March 31, 2026, reflecting continued retail participation. It also maintained a wide physical presence with 29 branches across India.
