Shriram Properties Q4 Net Rises 65%; FY26 Revenue Up 39% To ₹1,357 Cr

Shriram Properties Ltd (SPL) posted 65% growth in standalone net profit for the March quarter at ₹78.5 crore over the year-ago period, driven by strong sales momentum and improved market visibility despite external headwinds.

Total revenue for the quarter rose 55% to ₹663 crore, while the company handed over around 1,348 residential units during the period.

FY26 performance

For the full year, SPL reported all-time high revenues of ₹1,357 crore, registering a growth of 39%. Net profit crossed the ₹100 crore mark for the first time, increasing 30% over the previous year.

Sales bookings stood at ₹2,354 crore covering 4.2 million sq. ft., supported by strong response to new launches and sustained sales across regions. The company said sales remained resilient despite delays in launches caused by external factors.

Cash flows and expansion

Customer collections touched a record ₹1,661 crore, up 12%, aided by construction progress and handover of 3,465 homes during the year. SPL also added seven new projects aggregating 3.5 million sq. ft. with a gross development value of ₹3,500 crore.

The company generated operating cash flows of ₹271 crore and reported free cash flow of ₹224 crore before new project investments. SPL invested nearly ₹370 crore in new projects during the year.

With cash and cash equivalents of ₹172 crore and low gearing of 0.30x at the end of FY26, the company said it remains well positioned to accelerate future project acquisitions.
