Health and hygiene technology products company Eureka Forbes Ltd has set an ambitious medium-term growth target of doubling its revenue and tripling its operating profit by FY30, banking on product innovation, artificial intelligence (AI), digital transformation and deeper market penetration to drive its next phase of expansion.
In his message to shareholders in the company’s Annual Report 2026, Managing Director & CEO Pratik Pota said the company is targeting revenue of ₹5,400-5,600 crore and EBITDA of ₹800-850 crore by FY30, compared with FY25 levels.
The company expects the pace of growth to accelerate significantly from FY27 as investments made over the past few years begin translating into broad-based business expansion.
Growth acceleration from FY27
Pota said the growth momentum would be powered by continued product innovation, stronger omnichannel execution, wider distribution reach, deeper penetration across existing and emerging categories, and improved operating leverage.
“Our aspiration is to double revenue and triple EBITDA from FY25 by FY30. We expect this growth trajectory to build progressively over the coming years, with a meaningful acceleration from FY27 onwards as the strong foundations we have built translate into faster, broad-based growth,” he said.
For FY27, the company will focus on accelerating revenue growth while maintaining margins through continued investments in brands, innovation, service capabilities and distribution, alongside tighter cost discipline and productivity improvements.
AI becoming a strategic growth enabler
Artificial intelligence is emerging as a key pillar of Eureka Forbes’ transformation strategy, with the company deploying AI across customer engagement as well as internal operations.
According to Pota, AI is being used to enhance customer service, strengthen predictive maintenance, optimise field service operations and generate business insights for better decision-making.
The company is also expanding AI applications across payments, demand forecasting and other business processes to improve operational efficiency, accuracy and agility.
“We remain committed to adopting AI responsibly to improve efficiency, strengthen customer trust and create long-term value for all stakeholders,” he said.
Digital ecosystem strengthens service network
Eureka Forbes said its digital platform now connects more than 9,000 service technicians, enabling improved workforce management, faster customer response times and a more seamless service experience.
The company also sees significant opportunities to monetise its large installed customer base through deeper digital engagement, cross-category product adoption and expansion of recurring revenue streams.
Its direct-to-consumer (D2C) products business has also recorded strong growth over the past two years, albeit from a relatively low base, demonstrating the growing potential of digital channels for both customer acquisition and monetisation.
Focus on long-term value creation
Pota said the company believes the combination of a large addressable market, increasing consumer awareness, strong brand equity and expanding scale provides a solid platform for sustained long-term growth.
As Eureka Forbes enters the next phase of its transformation journey, the company intends to build on the operational foundations created over the past few years while accelerating innovation-led growth and delivering greater shareholder value.
“The ambition is clear — to significantly step up growth while building a stronger, future-ready organisation,” Pota said.
