CW Bureau ·

Seven Seas Hospitality said it has secured a perfect score in a recent food safety assessment conducted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), covering food hygiene, operational controls, sanitation and personal hygiene standards.

The assessment evaluated the hospitality company’s compliance with key food safety parameters, including operational practices, maintenance, sanitation and personal hygiene. The company said it achieved a perfect score across all parameters.

Seven Seas Hotel Delhi Director Ramesh Dang said the company had maintained its focus on quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction throughout its 35-year presence in the hospitality industry.

He said food quality, taste and service standards remained central to the company’s offerings and had contributed to its relationship with guests over the years.

Expanding presence in hospitality and catering
Seven Seas Hospitality has built its presence across hospitality, catering, banqueting and dining over the past 35 years, handling several prominent national and international engagements.

Its assignments have included catering and hospitality services for the Commonwealth Games, Khelo India, Rashtrapati Bhavan occasions, G20 engagements and the 250th Anniversary Dinner of the President’s Bodyguard.

In 2026, its portfolio included the India AI Impact Summit, INNOPROM India and IPHEX, reflecting its capabilities in large-scale catering, VIP hospitality and complex event management.

The company’s portfolio comprises Seven Seas Hotel, Seven Seas Catering & Banquets, Curry Nama, Seven Burgers, Sovereign Collection (SOCO) and Sylvarah, covering luxury accommodation, large-scale catering, banqueting and dining.

Seven Seas Hotel’s infrastructure
Established in 2016, Seven Seas Hotel in New Delhi combines European architectural elements with contemporary design. The property has more than 100 rooms and approximately 1 lakh sq. ft. of event space.

Its facilities include three grand ballrooms and banquet spaces capable of accommodating up to 4,000 guests. The hotel caters to weddings, social celebrations, corporate gatherings and business events.

The FSSAI assessment comes as the hospitality industry faces increasing emphasis on food safety, hygiene and operational compliance, particularly in establishments handling large-scale catering and events.

For Seven Seas Hospitality, the assessment provides an external validation of its food safety and hygiene practices as it continues to serve the luxury hospitality, banqueting and institutional catering segments
