Brigade Enterprises Ltd, a leading property developer, has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a premium residential project on a 5.6-acre land parcel at Kompally in Hyderabad.
The proposed project, located in the fast-growing North Hyderabad corridor, is expected to have a revenue potential of around ₹850 crore and will cater to rising demand for premium and sustainable residential developments in the city.
Expansion In Hyderabad
Brigade Enterprises said it plans to develop the project as a landmark residential community with modern amenities and contemporary architecture.
Executive Director Amar Mysore said Hyderabad continues to remain a key growth market for the company, supported by strong momentum in the technology and infrastructure sectors.
He said the company would continue to focus on acquiring strategically located land parcels aligned with its governance and growth standards.
Strengthening Presence
Brigade Group entered the Hyderabad market with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and later expanded with Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar. Its ongoing projects in the city include Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor.
The latest development comes close on the heels of the company’s previously announced four-acre project at Neopolis, which is currently in the advanced design stage.
₹5,000 Crore Investment Plan
Brigade Enterprises plans to invest around ₹5,000 crore in Hyderabad over the next three to four years across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail segments as part of its expansion strategy in the city.
