WeWork India Management Ltd, a leader in the premium flexible workspace sector, has opened two new centres in Bengaluru and Pune, adding 2.25 lakh sq. ft. and more than 4,500 desks to its portfolio.
The new centres, WeWork Infinix Palladium in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and WeWork Millennium Towers in Wakad, Pune, strengthen the company’s presence in two major office markets.
The expansion comes as businesses increasingly assess office locations based on proximity to talent and residential catchments, public transport, arterial roads and access to retail, dining and other amenities.
Enterprise scale in Whitefield
WeWork Infinix Palladium strengthens the company’s presence in Whitefield, one of Bengaluru’s established office markets. The area has evolved into a self-sustained business district with commercial clusters across ITPL, EPIP, Hoodi and Brookefield, supported by residential and social infrastructure.
Located four minutes from Singayyanapalya Metro Station, the standalone, full-building workspace spans 1.7 lakh sq. ft. across the ground to sixth floors and a terrace, offering more than 3,100 desks.
WeWork India had 30 centres spanning 3.3 million sq. ft. and 51,700 desks in Bengaluru as of Q1 FY27.
WeWork enters Wakad
WeWork Millennium Towers marks the company’s expansion into Wakad, a key West Pune micro-market located between the Hinjewadi employment hub and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
The centre spans 55,000 sq. ft. across the 16th and 17th floors and offers 1,400 desks. The location provides access to retail, dining and recreational amenities.
WeWork India has already leased close to 1.8 lakh sq. ft. in the same asset to enterprise clients through its Managed Office offering, highlighting enterprise demand in the micro-market.
The building is LEED Platinum certified, with features including solar power, smart building management systems, rainwater harvesting, zero-waste management and green-power provisions.
The opening takes WeWork India’s Pune portfolio to eight centres spanning 0.8 million sq. ft. and 14,400 desks as of Q1 FY27.
Focus on evolving workplace needs
WeWork India, Chief Supply Officer and Rivet by WeWork India, CEO, Arnav S. Gusain said the definition of a prime business location is changing as businesses increasingly consider how easily employees can move between their homes, workplaces and everyday amenities.
He said Whitefield offers enterprise scale and a strong business ecosystem, while Wakad combines proximity to a major employment hub with residential and lifestyle infrastructure.
Both centres are designed for enterprises, GCCs and growing businesses, offering private offices, meeting rooms and technology-enabled facilities alongside wellness, food and recreational amenities.
Infinix Palladium includes a recovery room, gym and game zone, while Millennium Towers provides access to sports and recreation facilities, a crèche, event spaces, cafés and 75 dining experiences.
