Man Infraconstruction Ltd (MICL), an integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company and luxury real estate developer, has secured two new EPC work orders aggregating ₹583 crore.
The orders include a ₹508-crore contract for the construction of a skyscraper residential tower at Marine Lines in South Mumbai and a ₹75-crore Letter of Acceptance from Bharat Mumbai Container Terminal Pvt Ltd (BMCTPL) for reclamation works at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), also known as Nhava Sheva Port.
Marine Lines project accounts for bulk of orders
The ₹508-crore work order covers construction of a high-rise residential tower at Marine Lines, reflecting the company’s presence in complex urban developments.
The second order, valued at ₹75 crore, is for triangular yard-surcharging and reclamation works at JNPA. The Letter of Acceptance has been issued by BMCTPL.
EPC portfolio rises to ₹858 crore
With the addition of these orders, the MICL Group’s EPC portfolio has increased to approximately ₹858 crore from ₹275 crore as of September 2026.
The expanded portfolio is expected to strengthen revenue visibility for the standalone business over the coming years.
Six decades of execution experience
The MICL Group has more than six decades of EPC experience, with capabilities across ports, infrastructure, mass housing and high-rise construction.
Over this period, the group has executed more than 60 million sq. ft. of construction across over 60 projects, reflecting its experience in delivering large-scale and complex developments.
Company focuses on selective opportunities
“The Marine Lines Tower construction order reflects our engineering expertise and capabilities in executing complex, high-rise structures, while the repeat order from BMCTPL underscores the trust placed in our execution capabilities and commitment to quality,” MICL Group, Managing Director, Manan Shah, said.
“Going forward, we will continue to leverage our EPC capabilities to meet our captive requirements while selectively pursuing suitable external opportunities as they arise, with a focus on predictable cash flows and margins,” he said.
