Santaana Fertility, a fertility care and IVF network founded by Dr. Kamini Rao, has expanded its presence to eight centres across Bengaluru through a partnership with Magnet Hospitals backed by an investment of ₹50 crore.
The partnership will enable Santaana Fertility to leverage Magnet Hospitals’ integrated, hospital-linked model to strengthen clinical capabilities, expand patient access and build on its established fertility care platform.
Integrated care model
Santaana Fertility Founder & Chairman Kamini Rao said the partnership would help the network scale a model that combines science, ethics and empathy to deliver accurate diagnosis and personalised fertility care.
The collaboration with Magnet Hospitals and its integrated healthcare ecosystem would support the delivery of consistent, high-quality clinical outcomes across a wider network while enabling patients to make informed treatment decisions.
Evidence-based approach
The expanded network will continue to follow a personalised and evidence-based approach to IVF.
It will identify the underlying causes of infertility through comprehensive evaluations, including genetic testing, reproductive immunology and male fertility diagnostics.
According to the company, the approach is designed to improve first-cycle IVF success rates while reducing unnecessary interventions, emotional stress and long-term treatment costs for patients.
Clinical autonomy
Magnet Hospitals & Santaana Fertility Managing Director Dinesh Madhavan said the collaboration reflects the group’s commitment to building integrated, patient-centric healthcare ecosystems in partnership with doctors.
Santaana Fertility said it will retain complete clinical autonomy, with all medical decisions, ethical standards and patient treatment protocols remaining under the supervision of its clinical leadership.
Focus on patient care
The network will institutionalise the multigenerational clinical expertise of Dr. Kamini Rao and Dr. Vyshnavi Rao to ensure consistent standards of care and treatment outcomes across all centres.
Recognising that fertility treatment is both a medical and emotional journey, the network will continue to integrate counselling and financial guidance into its care model, helping patients navigate treatment with greater confidence and support.
