In a letter to shareholders, Managing Director and Group CEO Parag Satpute said the company’s priorities for FY27 include delivering profitable growth across its core businesses, scaling emerging businesses, expanding its global footprint and building a future-ready portfolio.

Growth strategy

Greaves.Next roadmap is built around three strategic pillars — accelerating growth in core businesses, building new capabilities through products and geographies, and expanding into new opportunities by leveraging the company’s engineering expertise.

The company will continue to invest prudently in products, technologies, digital capabilities, AI-driven processes and international expansion to strengthen its long-term competitiveness.

Execution focus

According to Satpute, FY26 was marked by sharper strategic focus, disciplined execution and strong business momentum.

He said the company had realigned its core organisation during the year to improve customer focus, unlock synergies across businesses and accelerate execution of the Greaves.Next strategy.

Chairman’s outlook

Chairman Karan Thapar said the company’s priorities include scaling clean and reliable energy solutions, accelerating last-mile mobility across fuel-agnostic platforms, strengthening services-led revenue streams and building technology and engineering capabilities for future industries.

He said Greaves Cotton remains focused on building a future-ready organisation through growth, resilience and responsible business practices while creating long-term value for customers, employees and shareholders.

“We remain committed to harnessing our manufacturing and engineering excellence to grow our core business, at the same time drive growth through prudent organic and inorganic opportunities,” he noted.

Thapar said that their strategy is anchored in disciplined execution, customer relevance and long-term value creation across energy, mobility and industrial solutions.
