TVS Motor Boosts Presence In Nepal With Addition Of New Ronin Variants

CW Bureau ·

TVS Motor Company has strengthened its premium motorcycle portfolio in Nepal with the launch of two new variants of its modern-retro motorcycle, the Ronin — the Ronin Monotone and the Ronin Agonda.

The introduction of the new models comes as TVS looks to deepen its presence in Nepal’s fast-growing premium motorcycle segment, offering riders a blend of distinctive styling, advanced technology and versatile performance.

New additions to the Ronin lineup
The Ronin Monotone will be available in two colour options, Lightning Black and Magma Red  and is priced at NPR 4,29,900 (ex-showroom, Nepal). Meanwhile, the Ronin Agonda, offered in Pearl White, carries a price tag of NPR 4,39,900 (ex-showroom, Nepal).

The new variants are designed to further enhance the Ronin range, which has carved a niche for itself with its modern-retro design language and focus on individuality.

Agonda Edition draws inspiration from Goa
A key highlight of the launch is the Ronin Agonda Edition, inspired by the scenic Agonda Beach in Goa, India. The motorcycle celebrates the sun, sand and coastal spirit of the iconic destination while showcasing the versatility of the Ronin platform.

The motorcycle features a bright white base colour symbolising the sandy shores of Agonda Beach. The theme extends across the fuel tank and headlamp cover, creating a clean and striking visual presence on the road.

Adding to its distinctive appeal are blue and red retro pinstripes on the fuel tank, forming a unique triple-tone colour scheme. The design is complemented by a custom black TVS stallion emblem, giving the motorcycle a premium and personalised character.

The Agonda Edition also features an all-white headlamp cowl surrounding the signature all-LED T-face headlamp, further enhancing its modern-retro styling.

Performance-focused engineering|
Beyond its visual appeal, the Ronin continues to offer a strong package of performance and rider-focused technology.

The motorcycle is powered by a 225.9cc engine that produces 20.4 PS at 7,750 RPM and 19.93 Nm of torque at 3,750 RPM. The powertrain is designed to deliver a refined riding experience across urban roads and highway cruising conditions.

Key features include Glide Through Technology (GTT), which enables smooth low-speed riding, an assist and slipper clutch for easier gear changes, and 41mm upside-down front forks that enhance handling, stability and rider comfort.

Strengthening presence in Nepal
TVS Motor said the Ronin embodies the spirit of “#Unscripted” motorcycling by combining style, individuality and modern cruising capabilities.

The launch also reflects the company’s continued commitment to expanding its footprint in Nepal through a growing portfolio of premium motorcycles, scooters and commuter motorcycles. Supported by customer-focused innovation and an expanding premium product lineup, TVS aims to further elevate mobility experiences for riders in the market.
