Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd has signed a long-term supply agreement with FACC Operations GmbH, Austria, one of the world’s leading aerospace Tier-1 suppliers and a strategic partner to major global aerospace OEMs.
The agreement covers the manufacture and supply of precision-engineered aerospace components and flying parts. It was awarded to Unimech following a competitive global sourcing process involving international suppliers.
Global recognition
The agreement concludes a multi-year engagement involving technical evaluations, capability assessments, quality reviews, commercial negotiations and extensive discussions between the two companies.
As part of the programme onboarding process, Unimech will undergo a qualification and industrialisation phase over the coming quarters.

This milestone further strengthens our Precision Components & Parts business and reinforces our position as a trusted manufacturing partner to leading aerospace customers worldwide,” Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Chairman & Managing Director Anil Kumar Puttan said.

The company said the agreement supports its strategy of expanding the Precision Components & Parts business through greater participation in long-term aerospace production programmes while strengthening its position in the global aerospace supply chain.
