Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has launched Garden Breeze – The Prestige City, a new residential development within The Prestige City-Sarjapur in Bengaluru.
Spread across 10 acres, the development comprises four towers with Ground + 30/22 floors and two basements. It will offer 655 premium apartments.
Apartments across two configurations
The apartments will be available in 2- and 3-bedroom configurations, with saleable areas ranging from 1,081 sq. ft. to 1,789 sq. ft.
The project has approximately 0.93 million sq. ft. of saleable area and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,100 crore.
Sarjapur strengthens residential portfolio

Group expands project pipeline
As of June 2026, Prestige Group has delivered 319 projects spanning 216 million sq. ft.
The group currently has a pipeline of 137 projects covering 229 million sq. ft. across its development portfolio.
