Royal Enfield, the global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment, has launched the 2026 Guerrilla 450 Apex, a sharper and more focused expression of its street-performance roadster. The motorcycle is available at an ex-showroom starting price of ₹2.49 lakh.

Unveiled at GRRR Nights Festival

The 2026 Guerrilla 450 Apex was unveiled at the GRRR Nights festival in Guwahati, arriving with accessible pricing and customer-focused enhancements. It positions itself as a compelling option for riders seeking an engaging street-performance machine.

Sharper Design And Rider-Focused Dynamics

Built around the same visceral Sherpa engine, the Apex redefines intent through its stance and control. It features a lower, more committed riding posture, road-focused tyres, and design elements that amplify its corner-hungry character. Every component is tuned to reward rider input, making real-world riding more dynamic and involving.

Enhanced Features Across Variants

Alongside the Apex variant, the existing Flash and Dash variants now come equipped with improved CEAT Gripp XL RE tyres, featuring an enhanced compound and optimised tread pattern. These upgrades deliver better grip and confidence in wet conditions while retaining the same visual appeal.

All variants also receive updated ride modes with mode retention. A newly introduced Twilight Blue colour on the Dash variant adds a refined, contemporary touch, further enhancing the range’s desirability. Additionally, the Dash now comes with complimentary handguards and a headlight grille.

Proven Performance On Sherpa Platform

Built on the iconic Sherpa platform and supported by a balanced steel twin-spar frame, the 2026 Guerrilla 450 continues to produce 40 PS and 40 Nm. The motorcycle delivers strong, accessible performance across the rev range, with a focus on stability under acceleration, agility in corners, and confidence across varying road conditions.

Advanced Connectivity With Tripper Dash

All variants are equipped with Royal Enfield’s Tripper Dash, a circular 4-inch TFT display featuring Google Maps-powered navigation and seamless smartphone connectivity. This system enhances every ride with intuitive guidance, real-time ride insights, and a more connected riding experience.

Leadership Commentary and Milestone Celebration

Royal Enfield chief commercial officer Yadvinder Singh Guleria said: “With the 2026 updates, we are sharpening that proposition further by introducing a sportier expression with enhanced ergonomics, new road-biased tyres, and features that amplify its agile, corner-hungry character.

The launch also coincides with two important milestones for us as a brand, 125 years of Royal Enfield and 1.25 lakh motorcycles built globally on the Sherpa platform. To celebrate this community, we are introducing the 2026 Guerrilla 450 range with a limited-period celebratory price.”
