Dreame Technology, a global leader in smart home innovation, has launched its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) service in India, aimed at accelerating growth through enhanced accessibility and a more integrated consumer experience.
With this move, consumers across the country can directly access and purchase the company’s entire product portfolio through its official India website.
Expanding access to full product range
The D2C platform offers a comprehensive portfolio, including robotic vacuums, cordless stick vacuums, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, grooming appliances and a wide range of accessories.
Customers can also opt for extended warranties on robotic vacuum products directly through the platform, enabling a more streamlined purchase and ownership experience.
Strengthening omni-channel strategy
Dreame Technology, Managing Director, India, Manu Sharma, said: “India is a priority market for Dreame globally, and the launch of our official Direct-to-Consumer service marks an important milestone in our growth journey here.”
She added that the platform will act as a seamless touchpoint for customers, bringing together the company’s full portfolio while complementing its marketplace and retail presence.
The launch is part of Dreame’s broader omni-channel strategy, aimed at creating a connected ecosystem across online and offline channels.
Introductory offers and service support
As part of the launch, the company is offering a limited-period incentive of 50% discount on a one-year extended warranty for robotic vacuum products purchased through its website between April 1 and April 10.
To enhance customer experience, Dreame has also introduced a dedicated after-sales helpline, along with pick-up and drop services, and both virtual and on-site installation support.
Building a connected brand experience
The D2C initiative is expected to strengthen Dreame’s engagement with Indian consumers by providing a more direct interface for product discovery, purchase and service.
With rising demand for smart home solutions in India, the company is positioning itself to capture growth by combining product innovation with improved accessibility and service integration.
The move underscores Dreame’s focus on building a cohesive and scalable smart home ecosystem in one of its key global markets.
