ABD Maestro Pvt Ltd, the super-premium and luxury spirits arm of Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd, has been named ‘Distiller of the Year’ at the Icons of Whisky India Awards 2026.
The recognition comes as the company completes its first year of operations, during which it has built a portfolio of 10 brands across categories, reflecting growing consumer demand in India for premium, globally benchmarked spirits.
Industry recognition
The 15th edition of the Icons of Whisky Awards, held in Gurugram, recognised excellence across the Indian whisky industry and is widely regarded as a global benchmark for innovation, craftsmanship and leadership in alcobev production.
ABD Maestro emerged as the only Indian company to receive the ‘Distiller of the Year’ honour alongside six international players at the event.

In addition, Arthaus Blended Malt Scotch Whisky was recognised as ‘Campaign Innovator of the Year’, highlighting its marketing approach and positioning in India’s competitive premium Scotch segment.
The recognition underscores the company’s focus on engaging discerning consumers and building differentiated brand experiences in the luxury spirits category.
