Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, reported a 31% increase in consolidated net profit at ₹9,339 crore for FY26, while revenue rose 3% to ₹1,02,943 crore compared with the previous year.

With the close of FY26, the company said it has transitioned to a core infrastructure-led model, with 80% of its EBITDA now coming from mature, long-term and contracted businesses, improving earnings visibility.

Shift towards stable EBITDA mix

AEL said its incubation journey has moved beyond the capex-heavy and stabilisation phases, with the EBITDA mix increasingly shifting towards stable businesses, positioning the company for sustained cash generation and future value unlock.

“Adani Enterprises has delivered yet another year of disciplined execution, stable EBITDA and continued momentum across our core infrastructure and incubation platforms,” said Adani Enterprises Chairman Gautam Adani. “What is particularly encouraging is that majority of the EBITDA is now led by our core infrastructure incubating businesses and stable mining services, reflecting the maturity and scale of our operating portfolio.”

Infra build-out and key projects

“FY26 has also been a year of decisive progress in building and making ready some of the large infra-assets of the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Guwahati Airport and the Ganga Expressway. As India’s growth accelerates, we continue to focus on building and scaling globally competitive infrastructure businesses with our robust project pipeline,” he added.

During the quarter, the company inaugurated the Ganga Expressway and added three new road projects, including one HAM and two TOT projects.
