Thomas Cook (India) Ltd and its group company SOTC Travel have signed a long-term memorandum of understanding with Vinpearl to strengthen Vietnam’s positioning among Indian travellers.
The collaboration combines Thomas Cook India and SOTC’s market reach and travel expertise with Vinpearl’s hospitality and entertainment portfolio across Vietnam.
The MoU was signed by Thomas Cook (India) and SOTC Travel, President & Group Head – Marketing, Service Quality, Value Added Services & Innovation, Abraham Alapatt and Vinpearl Chief Executive Officer Ngo Thi Huong.
Focus on Vietnam tourism
Under the agreement, Vinpearl will be positioned as a preferred Vietnam partner with exclusive inventory access and priority availability for Indian travellers.
The partnership also marks Vinpearl’s first investment initiative in India’s travel and tourism sector and aims to build a broader tourism ecosystem focused on the Indian market.
Thomas Cook (India) Ltd and SOTC Travel will support market development, customer outreach and curated travel experiences for Indian tourists.
Vinpearl’s portfolio includes resorts, entertainment destinations, golf facilities and event infrastructure across key Vietnamese destinations such as Phu Quoc, Nha Trang and Hoi An, catering to both leisure and MICE travellers.
