BuzzWorks, the premium managed office and co-working arm of Brigade Group, has unveiled an aggressive multi-city expansion strategy for 2026 while making its entry into Mysuru.
On Friday, the company launched Brigade Vantage, a 500-seat Grade A managed workspace in Mysuru.
The facility is located within the 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus and marks BuzzWorks’ first foray into the city.
Expansion across Karnataka
BuzzWorks said it would shortly expand its presence at Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield, a new facility at Brigade Elysium in Varthur and at the World Trade Center campus within the Brigade Gateway complex at Rajajinagar.
The company said it is focused on accelerating its expansion strategy across markets, with growth of over 100% compared to the previous financial year.
Chennai entry to tap GCC growth
Beyond Karnataka, BuzzWorks is also making its debut in Chennai through Brigade Tech Boulevard. The company said the move is aimed at leveraging Chennai’s strong growth in Global Capability Centre (GCC) activity and its leadership position in BFSI and automotive engineering leasing.
Across the new locations, the company said its strategy is to create a distributed workspace portfolio aligned with the needs of an evolving corporate ecosystem.
BuzzWorks is on track to double its portfolio during the current financial year.
Focus On Tier-II Cities
“Our entry into Mysuru is a testament to BuzzWorks’ strategic growth and our commitment to leading the expansion into Tier-II cities across India,” said BuzzWorks Business Head Siddharth Verma.
“BuzzWorks would be the first Grade A managed workspace in the city, and we believe the first-mover advantage, coupled with the market demand, will be a great fit for the brand and the business. This launch is one of the components of a larger multi-city expansion blueprint that we will implement during this financial year,” he said.
