Royal Jordanian Airlines, the national carrier of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, has selected Ramco Systems’ next-generation Aviation Software to support its next phase of growth and strengthen its digital capabilities.
The selection was made following a comprehensive evaluation of global aviation software solutions. Ramco Systems FZ-LLC, a subsidiary of Ramco Systems Ltd, will provide the airline with an integrated digital platform covering engineering, maintenance, supply chain, safety and other critical aviation operations.
Unified platform for aviation operations
Ramco Aviation Software will provide Royal Jordanian with modules covering Engineering and CAMO, Line, Hangar and Shop Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Safety, Quality and Compliance, and MRO and Part Sales.
The unified platform is designed to improve operational efficiency while strengthening control and compliance through centralised technical documentation and audit-ready reporting.
Ramco will also deploy digital enablers including digital task cards, mobility solutions and dashboards, tailored to Royal Jordanian’s operational requirements.
The solutions are expected to provide real-time visibility into operations, improve agility and support the airline’s transition towards paperless processes.
The Ramco platform will also integrate with Royal Jordanian’s existing IT environment, enabling data to flow across various functions and reducing operational silos.

AI and automation to strengthen resilience

Ramco Aviation software scales globally
Ramco said its Aviation Software is currently used by 24,000 users to manage 4,000 aircraft globally.
More than 90 aviation organisations have adopted the platform, including airlines, third-party MRO providers, helicopter operators, defence organisations and urban air mobility companies.
The cloud-based Ramco Aviation Suite includes Anywhere Apps, designed to provide users with access to applications across locations and support greater operational agility.
The platform also incorporates artificial intelligence, voice-enabled user experiences, digital task cards, offline maintenance capabilities, conversational chatbots, HUBs and cognitive solutions.
The Royal Jordanian mandate further expands Ramco’s presence in the global aviation technology market as airlines increasingly look to integrated digital platforms, AI and automation to improve maintenance efficiency, operational visibility and regulatory compliance.
