Italian premium motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has unveiled five new models at EICMA 2026, expanding its global portfolio with new performance-oriented motorcycles, limited-edition machines and upgrades across existing product lines. The showcase comes as the Borgo Panigale-based manufacturer celebrates its 100th anniversary.

The five new models include the Diavel V4, DesertX Rally, Panigale V4 SP, Streetfighter V4 SP and Panigale V2 SP. The new additions combine racing-derived engineering, advanced electronics and specialised components aimed at road, adventure and track enthusiasts.

Performance upgrades across the range
The new Diavel V4 MY27 receives updated electronic control strategies, a redesigned tail section, new wheels and a more aggressive styling package. The major addition is the return of the V4 S variant, featuring Öhlins SmartEC-3 semi-active suspension.

Powered by a 168 CV V4 Granturismo engine, the motorcycle also gets an upgraded electronic control system, Ducati Quick Shift 2.0 and a new 6.9-inch TFT display with integrated turn-by-turn navigation.

The DesertX Rally MY27 is built around Ducati’s new 890 cc V2 engine, delivering 110 CV and 92 Nm of torque. Its off-road package includes professional-grade KYB suspension, a new monocoque frame, Full Floater rear suspension and 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels.

Ducati has also introduced three limited-edition SP models. The Panigale V4 SP features a 218 CV Desmosedici Stradale engine, carbon-fibre wheels and racing-derived components. The Streetfighter V4 SP gets a 214 CV engine, carbon-fibre wheels and advanced Öhlins electronic suspension.

The Panigale V2 SP, developed using inputs from Ducati’s racing programme, features a 120 CV V2 engine, Öhlins suspension, forged wheels and a dry clutch. It is intended to serve as a homologation model for the motorcycle that will compete in the World Supersport Championship from 2027.

Centenary celebrations and future expansion
Beyond the five new models, Ducati showcased updated liveries for the XDiavel, Multistrada V2 and Scrambler Full Throttle, alongside the Hypermotard 698 Mono RVE and Hypermotard V2 RVE.

The company also previewed the Desmo250 EDS, its upcoming enduro motorcycle, which is expected to reach European dealerships in summer 2027.

A special exhibition titled ‘100 Anni. 100 Storie’ traces Ducati’s century-long journey through 100 milestones, featuring historic motorcycles, racing machines and engineering innovations from its archives.

The EICMA 2026 showcase underlines Ducati’s strategy of strengthening its premium motorcycle portfolio while drawing on its racing heritage and technological capabilities.
