Anupam Rasayan India Ltd. has signed a long-term supply contract with a U.S.-headquartered global specialty metal manufacturer for the supply of a specialty chemical product to support the customer’s global operations.
Dispatches under the contract are expected to commence from the second half of Q3 2027, with supplies to continue over a six-year period.
Company enters new segment
The contract marks Anupam Rasayan’s entry into a new segment and is aimed at strengthening its presence in the geological resources sector while diversifying its customer base.

The partnership with the global specialty metal manufacturer would provide an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, with the six-year supply arrangement providing visibility for future business.

Two key business verticals
Anupam Rasayan is engaged in custom synthesis and manufacturing of specialty chemicals. Its business is organised into two key verticals — Life Science-related Specialty Chemicals and Performance Materials.
The Life Science-related Specialty Chemicals portfolio includes products for agrochemicals, personal care and pharmaceuticals, while Performance Materials covers electronics and EV chemicals and polymers.
Customer base spans global markets
The company currently manufactures products for more than 200 domestic and international customers.
The latest contract is expected to strengthen Anupam Rasayan’s presence in the specialty chemicals value chain while opening opportunities in a new customer segment and supporting its diversification strategy.
