Bajaj Electricals Builds New Growth Playbook, Taps Krishnan Sundaram

Bajaj Electricals Ltd has appointed Krishnan Sundaram as Chief Growth & New Business Officer, effective August 11, 2026, as the company looks to identify and scale new business opportunities and strengthen its growth portfolio.

In his new role, Sundaram will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and scaling new business opportunities aimed at accelerating Bajaj Electricals’ growth journey and creating new avenues of value for customers and stakeholders.

His mandate will also include strengthening the company’s portfolio and exploring opportunities that can contribute to its next phase of growth.

26 years of leadership experience
Sundaram brings more than 26 years of experience across business management, growth strategy, marketing transformation, innovation, category creation and P&L leadership.

He joins Bajaj Electricals from Vini Cosmetics, where he served as Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to Vini Cosmetics, Sundaram spent more than two decades with Hindustan Unilever Ltd and Unilever PLC, where he held leadership positions across India and global markets.

His experience spans business building, innovation, consumer-focused growth strategies and commercial leadership, areas that Bajaj Electricals expects to leverage as it explores new businesses and growth opportunities.
