The new retail ecosystem is designed to offer immersive brand engagement, personalised service and enhanced aftersales support, bringing together the entire premium ownership journey under a single platform.

The outlets will feature expert consultations, community engagement opportunities and premium service support within a sophisticated retail environment.
The company said every touchpoint has been designed to create a seamless and elevated customer experience tailored to premium motorcycle enthusiasts.

TVS Motor said TVS Paddock will be launched during the second quarter of FY27 through an exclusive premium retail network.
