The doubling of textiles yarn production capacity of Sanathan Textiles Ltd has entered the final phase at its Silvassa facility.
As per the plan, the manufacturing capacity will double to 18,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) from 9,000 MTPA at an investment of ₹595-crore.
Expansion nearing completion
Civil works have been completed and the required plant and machinery has been installed.
The company expects to commission the expanded capacity and commence commercial production in August 2026.

The additional capacity will strengthen Sanathan Textiles’ integrated manufacturing platform and help meet growing demand across multiple industries.
Its technical textile yarns cater to automotive, agriculture, defence, infrastructure, roads, railways, sportswear, healthcare, industrial safety and fire-retardant protective wear.
