Clayfin Technologies, a Chennai-based provider of digital banking and customer experience solutions for financial institutions, has acquired Louie Voice, a voice banking platform focused on making digital banking more accessible and inclusive through artificial intelligence-driven voice interactions for undisclosed sum.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Clayfin’s capabilities in AI-led digital engagement and voice banking, while advancing its strategy of building more intuitive and inclusive financial ecosystems for customers globally.
Expanding voice-first banking
Powered by Voice AI technology, Louie Voice supports 11 Indian and 40 international languages, enabling banks and financial institutions to serve a broader customer base across geographies, demographics and varying levels of digital literacy.
The platform’s voice-first interface is designed to simplify banking interactions for customers across different age groups, language preferences, literacy levels and accessibility requirements.
Clayfin said the acquisition would further enhance its ability to offer intelligent, conversational banking experiences and improve customer engagement through voice-enabled services.

Louie Voice was founded by Pramit Bhargava, who developed the platform after losing his eyesight, with the objective of making digital services accessible through voice commands.
