Airtel Business and ITI Ltd have entered into a strategic collaboration to help enterprises across India accelerate digital transformation, modernise legacy systems and strengthen their digital resilience.
The partnership brings together the connectivity, technology and communications capabilities of Airtel Business with ITI Ltd’s engineering, manufacturing and technology expertise to develop and deliver scalable digital solutions for enterprises.
As businesses accelerate digitisation amid rising technology and security requirements, the collaboration will focus on helping organisations improve operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity and respond faster to evolving business needs.
Integrated digital solutions
The partnership will offer an integrated suite of enterprise technology solutions spanning high-speed connectivity, data centres and sovereign cloud services, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence-powered solutions, Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite services and cybersecurity.
The companies said the collaboration will help enterprises address challenges arising from fragmented legacy environments, increasing cybersecurity risks, growing data requirements and the need for greater operational agility.
The strategic collaboration will combine enterprise connectivity solutions, including optical fibre connectivity (OFC), Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON), Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) and private 4G/5G networks, with secure data centre and sovereign cloud services.
The solutions are expected to be particularly relevant for regulated sectors such as banking and public sector undertakings, where data security, sovereignty and regulatory compliance are critical.

The proposed technology platform will also integrate industrial IoT-based asset tracking, AI-powered analytics and full-stack cybersecurity solutions.
By combining connectivity, cloud, AI and cybersecurity capabilities, the companies aim to provide enterprises with a more integrated technology environment while reducing the complexity associated with managing multiple digital infrastructure providers.
The collaboration will also explore opportunities to support India’s defence and security requirements through technology innovation, with a focus on Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat.
ITI Ltd, Chairman and Managing Director, Rajesh Rai, said the memorandum of understanding between ITI and Bharti Airtel would enable the companies to offer state-of-the-art services and solutions to customers.
He said the partnership would facilitate the joint identification and fulfilment of customer requirements across digital transformation, faster connectivity, hyperscale data centres, cybersecurity and IoT, while leveraging the complementary strengths of the two organisations.
