Goodyear, a global tire manufacturer, has opened India’s first Farm Experience Centre in Pune, transforming a traditional dealership into an experience-led destination for farmers, dealers and original equipment manufacturer partners.

The centre brings Goodyear’s farm tire portfolio, technology and technical expertise together at one location, enabling visitors to explore products and receive expert consultation. It also showcases the recently launched Ultra Grip tractor tire, developed for Indian farming conditions.

Experience-led retail strengthens engagement

The centre is designed to give customers a more interactive way to understand Goodyear’s products and technology while helping dealers and OEM partners engage more closely with the company’s farm tire solutions.

“The Goodyear Farm Experience Centre represents a new way for customers to engage with our brand. It reflects our commitment to creating deeper, more meaningful connections by combining trusted expertise, greater accessibility and a more customer-focused approach,” said Chairman & Managing Director, Arvind Bhandari.

Focus on application-specific solutions

Farm tire requirements vary across crops, terrains and operating conditions, making product selection an important part of farm operations. The new centre brings Goodyear’s portfolio and technical expertise together to help customers identify products suited to their specific requirements.

“Farm tire requirements vary significantly across crops, terrains and operating conditions. By bringing our portfolio and technical expertise together in one place, the centre helps customers and partners better understand their options and identify solutions suited to their specific needs,” said Goodyear India Farm & Commercial PBU, Vice President, Ganga Nandan Mishra.

The initiative supports Goodyear India’s shift towards experience-led retail, with a focus on strengthening customer engagement, brand perception and premium growth. It builds on the company’s Consumer Experience Centre approach and demonstrates how the model can be adapted to different markets and business requirements.
