Pride of Cows, the premium farm-to-home dairy brand from Parag Milk Foods Ltd, has unveiled a revamped brand identity aimed at giving the brand a younger, more dynamic and contemporary expression.
The new identity seeks to strengthen the brand’s aspirational positioning as the dairy category becomes increasingly competitive and consumer communication becomes more product-led.
Farm-to-home proposition remains
Pride of Cows was built around a differentiated farm-to-home and single-origin proposition. Its milk comes from the company’s own farm and is delivered directly to consumers.
The brand’s premium positioning, farm ownership and distinctive consumer experience were designed to create a sense of aspiration and exclusivity.
Identity moves beyond logo
Over the years, the lifestyle aspiration associated with Pride of Cows became less visible as the dairy category expanded and communication increasingly focused on products and category benefits.
The new identity is intended to bring that distinctive character back to the forefront. The transformation extends beyond the logo to create a contemporary brand world around the product.
Focus on lifestyle positioning
The new identity moves Pride of Cows beyond conventional dairy communication towards a lifestyle proposition centred on nourishment, wellbeing, nature and intentional living.
The brand said the new expression is designed to connect with consumers who see their food and consumption choices as part of a broader lifestyle.
Egret becomes visual signature
At the centre of the new identity is the egret, a bird found around the Pride of Cows farm.
While traditional dairy storytelling has largely focused on the cow, the egret provides a different perspective. It represents a quiet observer of the animals, landscape and daily rhythms of the farm.
Farm ecosystem enters storytelling
The egret also allows Pride of Cows to bring the wider farm ecosystem into its brand storytelling.
The company said this creates a distinctive visual and emotional world while reinforcing its connection with nature and the farm.
Brand targets younger consumers
“As the consumer has evolved, the brand too needed to evolve. We wanted to move beyond the conventional codes of dairy and create a world that is younger, more dynamic and more aspirational,” Parag Milk Foods, Executive Director, Akshali Shah, said.
“The new identity gives us the opportunity to make Pride of Cows not just a product choice, but a lifestyle choice. We want consumers to feel that Pride of Cows says something about who they are and the choices they make,” she said.
Core proposition remains unchanged
“The expression is new, but the foundation remains unchanged: the same farm, the same herd, the same single-origin philosophy and the same focus on quality,” Shah said.
The company said the new identity brings the brand’s original aspiration back into focus while retaining its single-farm, single-herd and single-origin foundation.
