Bikaji Foods International Ltd is strengthening its manufacturing network, expanding into new product categories and enhancing its global presence to support the next phase of growth, under the new leadership.
In a letter to shareholders, Chairman & Managing Director Deepak Agarwal said the company is investing in digital capabilities and integrated operations to improve efficiency and strengthen its market position.
Expanding manufacturing footprint
Bikaji has expanded its installed manufacturing capacity to more than 3.25 lakh tonnes per annum.
Its facilities at Bikaner, Tumkur, Kamrup, Mumbai and Muzaffarpur provide scale, flexibility and supply chain efficiency. The company is also standardising processes, upgrading infrastructure and strengthening operational capabilities across its manufacturing network.
Growth priorities
“As we look to the future, we are optimistic about the opportunities ahead. Strong consumer tailwinds, a trusted brand, a diversified portfolio and a resilient operating model provide us with a solid foundation to build on.”
“Our priorities are clear: deepen our market presence, accelerate innovation, expand into emerging categories such as frozen foods and health-oriented offerings and create richer consumer experiences across every touchpoint,” he said.
Global and digital focus
International markets will play an increasingly important role in Bikaji’s growth strategy. The company is strengthening its presence through its USA operations, expanding exports and strategic partnerships.
Bikaji has integrated procurement, manufacturing, inventory management and finance on a single digital platform. The system now connects all 10 manufacturing plants and its logistics network, including the centralised warehouse at Bikaner.
Building for the future
The company said these investments are creating a more agile, scalable and future-ready organisation while improving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
“Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Bikaji Foods International USA Corp, enables us to engage more closely with consumers, deepen market understanding and build a stronger foundation for long-term growth in one of the world’s most significant food markets,” he said.
Legacy and outlook
“The passing of Shiv Ratan Agarwal is an immense personal and organisational loss. His entrepreneurial spirit, values and vision continue to inspire every decision we make. We will continue to honour the legacy he created while preparing Bikaji for its next phase of growth,” he said.
